Terms of Service
By using VenmoPad you agree to these terms. Read them: they describe real limits on what this software does and does not promise.
Effective 2026-10-09. Operated by VenmoPad · contact us.
Positions marked “best-guess position” are the operator’s working interpretation and have not been confirmed by counsel.
The service
VenmoPad lets you launch a token on Solana through pump.fun and designates an existing Venmo username as the beneficiary of the token’s creator fees. The launcher, the protocol fee vault and the beneficiary are separate parties. The beneficiary designation is immutable once a coin is launched and cannot be redirected by anyone, including the launcher.
Not affiliated with Venmo
VenmoPad is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Venmo or PayPal. Venmo is a trademark of PayPal, Inc. There is no supported Venmo payout API; deliveries to Venmo are performed manually by an operator and recorded with a payment reference.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to use crypto-asset services where you live.
- You may only name a Venmo username that exists. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, defame or target anyone, or to launch coins whose name, ticker, description or image infringes rights or is unlawful.
- You control your own wallet and keys. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or network.
- You must not use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud or market manipulation.
Launch costs and fees
Launching requires a SOL transfer from your wallet to the protocol fee vault covering pump.fun creation costs and network fees. The transfer is irreversible. If token creation fails after your payment confirms, the payment is retained and the launch can be retried from the same draft; it is not automatically refunded.
Creator fees, custody and payouts
- Creator fees are paid by pump.fun to the fee vault, a wallet controlled by the operator. The operator may hold, convert and apply these funds as it sees fit, including deducting any costs, fees or losses, before any payout.
- Payout requires the beneficiary to verify ownership of the Venmo username and establish a destination. Until then, funds remain reserved and no payout is made. Unverified recipients do not block launches or fee accrual.
- Conversion to PYUSD, network fees and settlement delays reduce and delay what a recipient receives. A payout is “delivered” only when settlement evidence is recorded.
- Payouts are made at the operator’s sole discretion. The operator may delay, reduce, decline, reverse or cancel any payout for any reason, including compliance, risk, cost or operational convenience, and is not obliged to explain.
Risk disclosures
- Tokens are speculative and may lose all value. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.
- Third-party protocols. pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal and Solana are outside our control. Their outages, changes to creator-fee rules, or exploits can stop fees or lose funds.
- Smart-contract and wallet risk. Transactions are irreversible. Review every transaction in your wallet before signing.
- Operational risk. Payouts depend on operator availability and the manual Venmo process.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party protocols, wallets or Venmo. The operator’s total liability to you for all claims combined is capped at US$100 or, if lower, the amount you paid the operator in the preceding 12 months.
Best-guess position · pending counsel
Enforceability. The cap and disclaimers apply to the maximum extent the law allows, and are limited only where a law says they cannot be waived. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force at its broadest reading.
Licensing. The operator takes the position that it is a technology provider and does not currently hold or claim any money-transmitter or other license. Payouts are discretionary: the operator may make, delay, limit, condition or decline any payout for any reason, and nothing here creates an obligation to pay any particular person any particular amount.
Disputes. Any claim is resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA rules, on an individual basis only, with no class, collective or representative proceedings. Any claim must be brought within one year of arising or is waived.
Intellectual property
You keep rights to coin content you upload and grant the operator a license to display it and publish it to pump.fun/IPFS, where it becomes permanent and public. Site design and code remain the operator’s.
Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access, decline any launch, and withhold or cancel any pending payout at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Launched tokens exist on-chain regardless and cannot be removed by us.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts there have exclusive venue for anything not subject to arbitration. This jurisdiction is the operator’s best guess pending confirmation and may be updated. The operator may change these terms at any time without notice; continued use is acceptance.
