Key disclosures
- No Venmo affiliation. VenmoPad is independent. Venmo is a trademark of PayPal, Inc. No Venmo API is used; Venmo deliveries are manual operator settlements.
- Financial risk. Tokens launched here are speculative and can go to zero. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
- Custody. Creator fees are held by an operator-controlled fee vault until paid out to a verified recipient.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions, including the launch payment, cannot be reversed.
- Third-party dependencies. pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal, Solana RPC providers, Solscan and Google Fonts are outside our control.
- No regulatory approval is claimed. The operator’s position is that it is a technology provider, holds no license, and makes payouts at its sole discretion with no obligation to any recipient. Recipients are solely responsible for their own taxes. These are best-guess positions pending counsel.
